Super Superintendent

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and coordinate construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will ensure that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining high quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills and a background in MEP and electrical work, as well as the ability to travel to different job sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and supervise construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress and quality.
  • Resolve issues and conflicts that may arise during construction.
  • Prepare and maintain project schedules and reports.
  • Communicate effectively with the project team and clients regarding project status and updates.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Superintendent in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) systems.
  • Experience with electrical installations and inspections.
  • Ability to travel to various job sites as required.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or a related field preferred.
