Family Medicine Physician - Outpatient Primary Care

Job Description Job Description Position: Family Medicine Physician Location: Dallas, TX Department: Outpatient Primary Care Shift: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Range: $116 - $140 per hour + Full Time benefits Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive adult primary care services in an outpatient setting Diagnose and manage acute and chronic medical conditions Deliver preventive care and wellness counseling Order and interpret diagnostic tests and screenings Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based guidelines Maintain accurate EMR documentation Educate patients and families on disease prevention and chronic disease management Collaborate with healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure coordinated care Participate in quality improvement and patient satisfaction initiatives Qualifications: Board Eligible or Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Completion of an ACGME or AMA-approved residency program Active Texas Medical License required Experience in outpatient adult medicine or primary care preferred Strong communication and patient-centered care skills Clean malpractice and license history highly preferred Company Description LanceSoft is rated as one of the largest staffing firms in the US by SIA.
