Job Details:

MECHANICAL ENGINEER

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop complete HVAC systems throughout all project phases
Produce mechanical drawings and construction documents using Revit, Bluebeam, and design tools
Perform HVAC load calculations and support efficient, code‑compliant equipment selection
Coordinate with multi‑discipline teams including electrical, plumbing, architectural, and structural
Support construction phase activities: submittal review, RFIs, meetings, and site visits (travel may be required)
Prepare specifications, technical documentation, and engineering reports

Minimum Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Architectural Engineering, or related field
3+ years of HVAC design experience or related systems design
Proficiency in Revit, Bluebeam, and HVAC load calculation software
EIT preferred
