This role is compensated using an activity-based payment plan to reward drivers for their commitment to delivering excellence and increase income based on individual efforts.

Job Details:

• Average annual earnings: $78,000

• Sign on bonus of $3,000 for a limited time

• CPM $0.530 - $0.550 Per Mile

• Detention Pay $20.00 Per Hour

• Holiday Pay $200.00 Per Day

• Miscellaneous Work $15.00 Per Hour

• New Hire Training $200.00 Per Day

• Off-Account Work $300.00 Per Day

• Safety Training $20.00 Per Hour

• Spotting/Spotter Work $20.00 - $30.00 Per Hour

• Stop Pay $35.00 Per Stop

• Tarping Pay $25.00 Per Load

• Trainer Pay $50.00 Per Day
