Frontend Developer (Reactjs)Location: Dallas TX (three days office every week)Duration: 12 monthsJob Description:We are seeking a skilled and passionate Frontend Developer with expertise in React.js, Next.js, Tailwind CSS, HTML, and JavaScript to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of modern frontend development practices and a proven track record of building responsive, user-friendly, and high-performance web applications.As a Frontend Developer, you will work closely with designers, backend developers, and other stakeholders to deliver seamless and visually appealing user experiences. You will be responsible for translating UI/UX designs into clean, efficient, and reusable code while ensuring optimal performance across devices and browsers.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance web applications using React.js and Next.js.Implement and customize user interfaces using Tailwind CSS for consistent and modern designs.Write clean, modular, and reusable HTML, CSS, and JavaScript code.Collaborate with designers to translate wireframes and mockups into functional web pages.Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and cross-browser compatibility.Integrate with backend APIs and ensure seamless data flow between frontend and backend systems.Debug and resolve frontend issues, ensuring a smooth user experience.Stay up-to-date with the latest frontend technologies, trends, and best practices.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.Work in an Agile environment, contributing to sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.Required Skills and Qualifications:Proven experience as a Frontend Developer or similar role.Strong proficiency in React.js and Next.js for building modern web applications.Expertise in Tailwind CSS for creating responsive and visually appealing designs.Solid understanding of HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+).Experience with state management libraries such as Redux, Context API, or Zustand.Familiarity with RESTful APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
