FIC Compliance Director, Americas - Lead & Strategy

Deutsche Bank is seeking the Head of Fixed Income & Currencies (FIC) Compliance, Americas, a Director-level role based in New York. You will lead a team, advise on policies, and ensure compliance across FIC activities including structuring, lending, and trading. You will oversee regulatory matters, provide real-time advisory services, and collaborate with RI/Control functions to strengthen the control framework in a large global IB.
