Technical Program Manager, Data Cloud

Set the vision and direction for a program by outlining goals and objectives, evaluating and running multiple projects, organizing cross-project work within the program, and defining program controls/governance/standards.Drive consistency between Cloud processes and central processes. Bring visibility and strengthen communication across the teams.Enable execution across multiple teams and drive delivery across the complete portfolio of Data Cloud products and solutions.Engage with engineering directors, product leaders and other Technical Program Manager (TPM) groups, to streamline processes, simplify execution, manage Objectives and Key Results (OKRs), release on time, leverage AI tooling for efficiencies and help the teams you are engaged with in execution.Mentor junior team members, act as a role model and advocate the TPM role.Minimum qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.8 years of experience in technical program management or engineering.Experience in program management.Preferred qualifications:Experience running large programs and managing teams.Technical judgment and understanding of systems.Exceptional writing and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.Technical Acumen.Google's projects, like our users, span the globe and require managers to keep the big picture in focus while being able to dive into the unique engineering challenges we face daily.
