Summary Provide personalized beauty experiences by understanding customer needs and recommending makeup and skincare products. Build customer relationships and achieve sales goals through in-store and digital selling. Responsibilities Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products. Meet in-store and digital sales goals using selling tools, including text and social media. Book appointments and support beauty events and services. Maintain a welcoming, organized, and customer-ready department. Process sales, refunds, and exchanges, and build customer loyalty. Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge. Requirements Passion for beauty, customer service, makeup application, and skincare. Ability to connect with customers, address concerns, and contribute to a positive team environment. Strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through skills. Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends. Ability to meet the physical requirements, including standing and moving for 6-8 hours per shift and lifting items up to 25 pounds. #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group
