Entry-Level Sales Representative

Develop sales and customer-relations skills with paid trainingNorth is hiring an Entry-Level Sales Representative to meet customers face-to-face, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate products and services. The position combines customer relations with direct sales and is designed for someone who enjoys working with people, learning new skills, and contributing to individual and team goals.Previous sales experience is helpful but not required. North provides paid in-house training, mentorship, and ongoing development in sales, customer service, product knowledge, time management, and business development.What you will do· Engage with customers in person in a friendly, professional manner.· Ask questions and complete needs assessments.· Recommend products and services that fit customer needs.· Create new sales opportunities and support customer retention.· Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly.· Manage assigned customer or territory activity accurately.· Collaborate with the team on sales and business-development goals.· Participate in ongoing sales, product, and leadership training.Compensation, schedule, and benefits· Good-faith annual earnings range of $65,000-$75,000.· Weekly pay, commission opportunities, and performance bonuses.· Paid training.· Mentorship, leadership development, and advancement opportunities.· Recognition, incentives, team events, and eligible travel opportunities.· Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule.What we are looking for· Strong verbal and written communication skills.· A positive, friendly, and professional approach.· Reliability and the ability to commute to the local office.· Comfort meeting customers and working toward sales goals.· Organization and the ability to manage several priorities.· Customer-facing experience in retail, restaurants, hospitality, service, or sales is helpful but not required.· A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required with relevant experience.About NorthNorth is a St. Louis sales and marketing company that helps brands grow through face-to-face customer acquisition and relationship-driven service.
