Physical Therapist
Location: Pampa, TX
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
Job Description: We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to both inpatients and outpatients at our critical access hospital. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in evaluating and executing treatment plans and therapy interventions.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement therapy interventions and monitor patient progress.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care.
- Document all patient care activities according to hospital policies.
- Maintain proper communication with patients, families, and staff.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy.
- Current Physical Therapy license to practice in Texas.
- Current BCLS (AHA) certificate upon hire and maintain current status.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.
