Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) - Days

This is a 13-week contract position.

Days: 4x9-hour shifts from 07:00 AM to 04:30 PM, with variable days Monday to Friday. Includes two on-call shifts weekly and two weekend on-call shifts per 6-week schedule. Coverage for the July 4th weekend is required.

The Cath Lab Registered Nurse (RN) will provide specialized nursing care in the cath lab environment, ensuring high-quality patient care and efficient operation of the cardiovascular services department. Responsibilities include monitoring patients, administering medications, assisting with procedures, and collaborating with the healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes.

• Prepare and assist physicians during cath lab procedures.
• Monitor patient vitals and reactions during and after procedures.
• Administer medications and IVs as prescribed.
• Provide patient education and emotional support to patients and families.
• Document patient care and report changes in patient status.
• Participate in on-call rotation as required.

• Current RN license in good standing.
• Strong clinical background and experience in a cardiovascular setting preferred.
• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS).
• Must meet additional health requirements including MMR, Hepatitis B, PPD, and others as detailed in the submission guidelines.
