Child and Family Focus in the United States (PA) seeks a dedicated CSC program case manager to coordinate services for young people experiencing their first episode psychosis. You will conduct assessments, plan and deliver community-based supports, and advocate to empower clients toward recovery. The role involves travel to homes, schools, and community locations, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to meet client goals and ensure continuity of care.
