Location: 1623 Old State Rd, Norwalk, OH 44857
Job Type: Full-Time | Pay: Competitive (Based on experience)

Join Mark Schaffer Excavating & Trucking . We’re expanding and looking for an experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented Diesel Mechanic to take on a key role in our service department.
What You'll Do:
- Diagnose and repair heavy-duty Semis & Dump Trucks(Cummins, Paccar, Peterbilt & Kenworth)
- Diagnose and repair Semi Trailers, Hydraulics & ABS Systems
- Perform routine maintenance, DOT inspections, and major overhauls
- Utilize diagnostic software and tools for advanced troubleshooting (Bendix, Wabco, Cummins Insite, Davie 4)
- Mentor junior technicians and lead by example
- Maintain accurate records of all work performed

- 5+ years of hands-on diesel mechanic experience
- Strong diagnostic, electrical, and troubleshooting skills
- CDL & Physical Card
- Commitment to safety and quality workmanship
