Each year, almost 500,000 inpatient and outpatient exams and procedures are performed and interpreted at Cedars-Sinai Medical Center. Our radiologists & imaging specialists are board certified by the American Board of Radiology in their respective subspecialties. Our subspecialized imaging physicians, American College of Radiology certified technologists and customer-service oriented staff provide our patients with brand new imaging technologies and innovative treatment options in a compassionate environment. Summary Of Essential Duties Perform a broad range of scans from basic to somewhat complex (abdomen, pelvic, small parts, pediatrics, musculoskeletal) Assist physicians in performing procedures, as well as transport medications from the delivery area to an authorized imaging area Exercise your cultural competency in providing patient education Maintain a safe environment while identifying and reporting any safety concerns Minimum Education Required Associates Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required Graduate of an accredited Sonography program required License/Certifications ARDMS OB/GYN or Abdomen certification required BLS from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross required Experience A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Ultrasound Tech required Experience In a Hospital Setting Required Applicants with less than 3 years of experience may be considered as an Ultrasound Tech I Minimum Salary 49.11 Maximum Salary 78.58 Certificates/Security Clearances/Other City* Los Angeles State* California Job_Category Health/Medical other Job Code Health-Services health-services Affiliate Sponsor Cedars-Sinai #J-18808-Ljbffr VetJobs
