You'll help patients maintain comfort, dignity, and independence in their homes.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with personal care: bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, skin careChange bed linens and maintain a clean, safe environmentPlan and prepare nutritious meals; assist with feeding if neededTake and record vital signs (temperature, pulse, respiration, blood pressure)Support ambulation, exercise, and range-of-motion activitiesAssist with medication self-administrationReport patient condition changes to the supervising nurseQualificationsActive CA Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) licenseMinimum 1 year of patient care experience (Home Health preferred)Valid driver's license and insured vehicleAbout Seaport Scripps Home HealthWe're part of the Pennant Group network, with 300+ locations nationwide.
