What Youll Do:
- Greet walk-in customers and respond to internet and phone leads
- Build rapport and guide customers through the buying process
- Demonstrate vehicles and conduct test drives
- Match customers with the right vehicle features and financing options
- Consistently hit and exceed monthly sales targets
- Follow up with prospects to close deals and generate repeat/referral business
- Stay knowledgeable on Ford products and current incentives
What Were Looking For:
- Sales experience preferred (automotive is a plus not required)
- Competitive self-driven mindset with a strong desire to earn
- Excellent communication and people skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
- Valid drivers license with clean driving record
- Must pass background check and drug screening
