Registered Nurse | Emergency Trauma Center

Summary Rice Memorial hospital has an incredible opportunity for a skilled acute care nurse to join their 12-bed Emergency Trauma Center! In this position you would help identify and implement nursing interventions that have less predictable outcomes and evaluate the results of these interventions for a given patient population. A nurse at this level may be required to assume leadership responsibility. Schedule

• Casual position
• Minimum of 2 shifts per month, with one of the shifts on a weekend |

Day/Eve/Night shifts Pay

• Pay based on experience and degree
• Associate/Diploma in nursing starting at $43.24 per hour
• Bachelor's in nursing starting at $43.61 per hour
• Master's in nursing starting at $45.79 per hour
• Full pay range: $43.24 - $65.47 per hour

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Minnesota.
• Working knowledge of professional nursing theory and practice.
• Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with

patients, employees, public, and other providers. * A knowledge of growth and development; specifically, an understanding of the cognitive, physical, emotional, and chronological maturation process. * An understanding of the range of treatment needed by patients of all ages in relation to the growth and development processes to include neonate, child, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
