Schedule Available Mon-Friday with weekend on- call every 6-8 weeks 3p-11:30p Mon-Friday with weekend on- call every 6-8 weeks Summary Manage resident care needs according to care plans, Supervising and coaching staff on shift to ensure standards of care are met Administer medications as prescribed, ensuring accuracy and adherence to protocols Accurately document and maintain accurate records of medical information, care plans, and incidents to ensure regulatory compliance and consistency of care. Communicate effectively with residents and residents' families Advocate for residents' rights and preferences, ensuring their voices are heard and respected in all aspects of care. Participate in on call weekend rotations approximately every 6-8 weeks and 2 out of 3 of major holidays per year Requirements Current Maine RN Experience working as a nurse manager or supervisor #J-18808-Ljbffr
