Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Emergency Department Registered Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to patient care and a passion for working in a fast-paced environment. This role requires flexibility to work across various sections within the Emergency Department, providing exceptional care to a diverse patient population.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive patient care in a high-volume Emergency Department.
• Assist with triage and monitoring of patients in both medical and behavioral health settings.
• Work collaboratively within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the highest standards of care.
• Utilize advanced skills for various emergency procedures as required.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation using Cerner.
• Engage in real-time coaching and feedback to support team members.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• 2 years of experience as a registered nurse with at least 1 year in an Emergency Department setting.
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS, TNCC, CPI, and NIHSS are required before the starting date.
• Previous experience in a Level II trauma center and high-volume emergency department preferred.
