Clinical Supervisor (BCBA)

Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) FCDS is seeking an exceptional Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to join our team and make a meaningful impact. In this role, you will design and oversee ABA treatment programs, conduct assessments, write reports, supervise and train staff, and collaborate with families to support children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and related disorders. Responsibilities Design, supervise, and implement ABA treatment programs. Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans. Oversee direct ABA interventions in home, community, and center settings. Collect and analyze data to ensure treatment, fidelity, and progress. Supervise staff, provide immediate feedback, and model best practices. Attend client appointments, team meetings, and provide ongoing parent training. Maintain documentation, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance. Stay current with ABA practices through professional development.
