About the Role: Sales & Resident Experience Consultant (Leasing Consultant) As a Sales & Resident Experience Consultant you innovate, lead your team, and drive the success of our properties. You are enthusiastic, creative, and knowledgeable about market dynamics. You welcome all kinds of people and assist them in finding homes. Responsibilities Maintain a professional and friendly atmosphere in the leasing office and other resident areas. Serve as an inspector: ensure tours and models are presented at their best. Stay aware of local market conditions and trends. Contribute ideas to the Property Manager for marketing properties and improving resident satisfaction. Provide excellent customer service to prospective and existing residents, and to team members. Maintain professional resident communications via verbal and written channels. Manage administrative tasks with meticulous attention to detail. Achieve at least a 20% closing rate. Qualifications At least two years of transferable customer service experience. Proficiency in writing, speaking, and understanding English. Ability to adapt to new technologies. Strong energy and a fun, engaging demeanor.
