Job Title: Forklift Operator

Pay Rate: $22.30/hr.

Shift: 5 PM- 5 AM

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Forklift Operator to join our warehouse team. The Forklift Operator is responsible for safely operating forklifts and other material handling equipment to load, unload, move, stack, and organize products throughout the warehouse. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, follows all safety procedures, and thrives in a fast-paced distribution environment.

• Operate sit-down, stand-up, reach truck, cherry picker, or electric pallet jack forklifts (as required).
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Transport materials throughout the warehouse and production areas.
• Stack, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations.
• Perform inventory movements and replenish pick locations.
• Inspect forklifts before each shift and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Maintain accurate inventory by scanning products and completing required documentation.
• Follow all warehouse safety procedures and OSHA regulations.
• Assist with order picking, packing, labeling, and general warehouse duties as needed.
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of hazards.

• Previous forklift operating experience required.
• Forklift certification preferred (or ability to become certified).
• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
• Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs. and perform repetitive physical tasks.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and working throughout the shift.
• Basic math and computer skills are a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.

• Frequently lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Stand and walk for extended periods.
• Bend, stoop, kneel, and reach throughout the workday.
• Work in varying warehouse temperatures depending on the facility.
