*About Us* We are a growing interventional pain management practice focused on minimally invasive, image-guided procedures designed to improve function, reduce pain, and enhance quality of life. Our team emphasizes precision, safety, and compassionate patient care in an outpatient procedural setting. *Position Summary* We are seeking a *Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)* to support sedation and anesthesia services for minimally invasive pain procedures. The CRNA will play a key role in ensuring patient comfort, safety, and optimal procedural conditions during interventional pain treatments. *Key Responsibilities* * Provide *General Anesthesia or Monitored Anesthesia Care (MAC)* and sedation for interventional pain procedures. You may be assigned to do some vascular cases at another facility as per our needs. * Perform pre-procedure anesthesia evaluations and risk assessments * Administer and titrate sedation/analgesia tailored to outpatient pain procedures * Continuously monitor airway, vitals, and patient responsiveness during procedures * Manage airway support and respond to sedation-related complications if needed * Collaborate closely with pain physicians and clinical staff to optimize workflow * Ensure safe discharge criteria and post-procedure recovery monitoring * Maintain accurate anesthesia documentation and compliance with regulatory standards *Procedures Supported May Include* * Epidural steroid injections * Facet joint injections / medial branch blocks * Radiofrequency ablation (RFA) * Spinal cord stimulator trials * Peripheral nerve blocks * Trigger point injections * Other fluoroscopy- or ultrasound-guided pain interventions *Qualifications* * Active *CRNA certification (NBCRNA)* * Current RN license in Texas * Masters or Doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia * Current ACLS and BLS certification * Strong experience in sedation and airway management * Ability to work independently in a fast-paced outpatient procedural environment.
