Growing together.The Payment Operations Analyst will play a critical role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of payment processing activities specializing in wire and check processing. This position is responsible for monitoring daily payment operations, reconciling transactions, resolving discrepancies, and supporting process improvements to enhance operational performance. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and experience working in a fast-paced financial environment.Primary Responsibilities:Process and monitor domestic payments across multiple platformsPerform daily reconciliations of payment transactions and resolve exceptions promptlyEnsure compliance with internal controls, regulatory requirements, and company policiesInvestigate and resolve payment discrepancies, liaising with internal teams and external partnersSupport month-end and quarter-end reporting for Treasury and Finance teamsIdentify opportunities for processing automation and efficiency improvementsAssist with audits and provide documentation as requiredMaintain accurate records and prepare reports for management reviewYou'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Required Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)2+ years of experience in payment operations, treasury, or financial servicesSolid understanding of payment systems (Check and Wire) and banking processesProficiency in Excel and WordProven excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsProven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlinesProven solid communication skills and attention to detailProven Growth MindsetProven Self-ManagementProven AccountabilityPreferred Qualifications:Experience with payment platforms and treasury management systemsKnowledge of regulatory requirements related to payments (e.g., OFAC, AML)Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
