The Opportunity Lead safe, efficient operations of the Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+, applying sound judgment, crisp CRM, and a guest-centric approach. You will uphold company and regulatory standards, ensure aircraft readiness, and represent the flight department with professionalism on every mission. What You'll Do Serve as Pilot in Command for Citation Excel/XLS/XLS+ flights, ensuring safety and compliance at all times. Conduct comprehensive flight planning: performance, weather/NOTAMs, fuel, weight and balance, and routing. Lead clear crew briefings; practice disciplined SOPs and effective CRM. Deliver attentive, discreet passenger service and maintain professional communications. Maintain accurate flight/aircraft records and support aircraft cleanliness and readiness. Participate in required training and recurrent currency. Adapt to dynamic schedules while balancing safety, efficiency, and service.
