Job Description

DISTRICT ADMINISTRATOR

Monday - Friday

8:00 am - 5:00 pm

$20.00 - $21.00 per hour

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Provide administrative support to management and staff in a fast-paced office environment.
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and visitors in a professional manner.
Process customer orders and provide excellent customer service.
Prepare shipping documents, reports, correspondence, and other business records.
Process accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoices, purchase orders, and expense documentation.
Process customer credit applications and assist with collections on past-due accounts.
Maintain accurate filing systems and ensure confidential information is properly organized.
Order office supplies, products, and raw materials as needed.
Coordinate shipments with common carriers and assist with shipping logistics.
Assist with warehouse inventory counts and inventory recordkeeping.
Process employee timecards and maintain payroll-related documentation.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
Coordinate employee events and office activities.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional office environment.
Communicate effectively with internal departments, vendors, customers, and management.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

High school diploma or GED required.
3-5 years of administrative, office support, customer service, or clerical experience preferred.
Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Professional customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic accounting knowledge, including accounts payable and accounts receivable, preferred.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
Willingness to work overtime when business needs require.
Must have a stable work history with not employment gaps.
