Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers and deepen existing relationships through outreach, referrals, and appointments Lead discovery-driven conversations to understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies Serve as the primary financial partner, providing comprehensive multi-product guidance and ongoing reviews Manage and grow a defined book of business using goals-based planning and prudent risk oversight Deliver integrated solutions across deposits, investments, credit, home lending, and business banking Partner with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking teams through warm introductions and opportunity conversion Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options to increase satisfaction and service efficiency Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, escalates issues, and adhere to policies and regulations Transition from the temporary Senior Branch Premier Banker LP role to the SAFE role after licensing requirements and SAFE registration are completed Requirements 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners 3+ years of experience recommending products and services Experience recommending financial products and translating customer goals into clear, actionable recommendations Ability to proactively source, acquire, and deepen relationships through proactive outreach and strong internal partnership Experience managing a book-of-business, documenting planning conversations, and following through to drive retention and growth across deposits, lending, and investments Experience coaching or supporting peers Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, listen with empathy, and build credibility and trust Financial services industry experience in consumer, home lending, business banking, or investments 3+ years of experience in a licensed financial services position Successfully completed FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams or FINRA-recognized equivalents sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration State Insurance license(s) FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 or recognized equivalents must be active or completed within a designated timeframe Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required for FINRA qualification exams earned after Sept. 30, 2018 FINRA Series 65 or equivalent required within a specified period in certain states Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment SAFE registration required at the time of employment Must meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards Loan Originators must meet LO/CFPB requirements Must comply with Wells Fargo policies regarding financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship Ability to work a schedule including most Saturdays Core Competencies Demonstrates expertise in relationship management, financial product recommendations, and customer service within the financial services industry.
