Quality Inspector

Now Hiring: Quality Inspector – Incoming Materials | Medical Devices We’re seeking an experienced Receiving Inspector to join a CMO and ensure the quality and compliance of incoming materials for high-performance medical devices. This role is critical to confirming product conformance to engineering drawings, specifications, and customer requirements, while managing material flow through the inspection process. Key Responsibilities: Inspect mechanical and electrical components using calipers, micrometers, pin gauges, and vision systems (Keyence, OGP, Micro-Vu). Perform visual inspections and interpret engineering drawings to determine inspection methods. Document inspection results, inventory movement, and non-conformances in electronic systems. Manage material flow using FIFO and prioritize based on urgency. Collaborate with project and inspection teams to communicate findings effectively. Qualifications: High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of experience in quality inspection, including incoming inspection. Proficient with inspection tools and reading technical drawings. Familiar with quality management systems (QMS). Strong communication skills and attention to detail. Preferred: Experience with medical device components and GD&T knowledge. #J-18808-Ljbffr
