Preconstruction Manager & Estimating Lead
Blum Construction
Blum Construction seeks a Preconstruction Manager to lead the estimating effort across a range of project types, from design development through bid. You will interface with Owners, Architects, and Subcontractors, coordinate with Project Managers and Field Managers, and drive profitability and accuracy in budgeting. You will train and oversee Assistant Preconstruction Estimators, set milestones, and ensure timely, clean proposals. #J-18808-Ljbffr Blum Construction
