Supervise the Core HCM Account Management team and lead the execution of the roadmap and strategic initiatives to support Government-wide Core HCM services.

Lead cross-functional and interagency coordination to implement, operate, and sustain the Core HCM platform across the Federal government (e.g., personnel action processing, position management, and time and attendance).
