Traveling Superintendent – Lead Commercial Construction Projects Across Louisville

You will serve as the primary on-site operational leader, driving the successful execution of commercial construction projects. This role gives you complete autonomy to manage sub-contractors, implement schedules, and enforce top-tier safety standards. Coordinate and manage daily on-site operations to ensure projects stay on time and within budget.

Supervise, mentor, and train new field superintendents to ensure consistent operational excellence.

Lead weekly safety and look-ahead meetings with sub-contractors and vendors to align project goals.

Evaluate sub-contractor performance and make decisive adjustments to maintain strict quality standards.

Act as the primary liaison between project managers, clients, architects, and inspectors.

Manage daily logs, weekly written updates, and photographic progress reports via field software.

Enforce rigorous safety guidelines on-site to maintain an excellent corporate safety record.

Proven track record of leadership in commercial construction as a primary on-site superintendent.

Experience reading and interpreting complex blueprints, structural drawings, and mechanical schematics.

Proficiency in digital project management tools and standard office software.

Possession of or ability to obtain OSHA 10-hour and 30-hour certifications.
