What We Have To Offer: Take home company vehicle and gas card Option for company phone or monthly reimbursement Company uniform Dispatched from home Annual holiday event with the team Annual summer BBQ with all family members Monthly team breakfast meetings Fully stocked snack/drink refrigerator Spiff / Bonus program Company Benefits: Medical insurance with paid coverage Supplemental Insurance Paid vacation - 40 hours accrual Paid sick day 7 Paid holidays Simple IRA with a 3% company match Job Title: HVAC Service Technician Pay: $28.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience Work Hours : Monday through Friday; 8:00am to 4:30pm Position Overview: Service, repair and maintenance on residential and light commercial equipment Annual maintenance / clean and checks Service and repairs on residential systems Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams and blueprints Consult with homeowner about repair and replacement options Excellent customer service Provide feedback to the Service Manager regarding technical training needs, inventory, and retail pricing Qualifications: 2 + years of HVAC experience or combination of education and experience Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record EPA certification Able to perform annual maintenance / clean and checks Excellent customer service and communication skills Familiar with a wide range of residential equipment and troubleshooting techniques Knowledge of basic sheet metal practices Knowledge of air balancing principles and techniques High school diploma or GED HVAC Technical School certificate of completion - Desired #J-18808-Ljbffr Baird Heating & Cooling Inc.
