Experienced HVAC Installers / Installer Helpers– Mount Pleasant, TX
Are you a skilled HVAC Installer / helper ready to take the lead? Your Role
- Work alongside a team of installers on residential & commercial change-outs, replacements, and new system installs
- Ensure projects are completed with quality, safety, and customer satisfaction as top priorities
- Train and mentor junior installers, sharing best practices and technical know-how
- Communicate with homeowners in a professional, customer-friendly manner
- Maintain accurate records of installations, materials, and work performed
- Collaborate with the office and project managers to keep schedules on track
What We’re Looking For
- A minimum of 2-3 years of residential or commercial HVAC installation experience , lead or supervisory role experience is a plus
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, installation methods, and best practices
- Leadership skills to direct and motivate a team in the field
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical instructions
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
