Overview Wash Plant Operator – Peoria, AZ Arcosa Aggregates is seeking applicants for a Wash Plant Operator based out of the Peoria, AZ location. This role is responsible for operating a crushing and screening plant and maximizing material processing efficiency and quality while maintaining safety standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor a wash/crushing and screening plant to process materials in accordance with production targets and quality standards. Inspect equipment, monitor gauges, perform routine maintenance, and report any malfunctions or safety concerns. Follow standard operating procedures, adhere to safety policies, and maintain a clean and organized work area. Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize plant performance and achieve production goals. Qualifications Relevant experience operating mineral processing, wash, or crushing/screening plants preferred. Ability to read and interpret basic process instructions, safety guidelines, and quality specifications. Strong attention to safety, quality, and productivity; good communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
