The Company therefore has determined that a review of criminal history is necessary to protect the business and its operations and reputation and is necessary to protect the safety of the Company's staff, employees, and business relationships.ResponsibilitiesComplete color crossovers of existing schemes and create digital and/or physical binders for review, once approved then order binders. Also create and add new color schemes that coordinate and are cohesive with existing schemesSubmit schemes to be included on our website through online archives. Send "scheme link" to community managers.Create scheme binders for select communities that are prohibited to be onlineProvide support with organizing and attending tradeshows, HOA committees, networking events to reconnect and strengthen relationshipsOccasionally assists with meeting with HOA board members and managers to discuss color and paint needsColor board presentations – may include existing schemes being modified, renders with existing and new schemes or just general color interestsCustomer color matching – Select homes that represent majority, general color matching, complete a digital or physical binder for reviewUpdating and completing all new Excel crossover lists for competitor and old SW schemes, and more as they come alongWork with other districts for special requests and needsMaintains and organizes paper and electronic logs, forms, files, binders, and other documents, prepares items for storage or destruction, and assists in maintaining the security and confidentiality of applicable informationPerforms basic office duties, such as copying, filing, typing standard documents, data entry, maintaining accurate records and preparing documents for internal and external useOffer creative suggestions for improvement and develop new and unique approaches to current processesSupports operations and color program coordination across assigned district(s)Maintains districts community color schemes, digital archives, and physical sample bindersCoordinates multiple concurrent customer and community projects while meeting established deadlinesQualificationsMinimum Requirements:Must be at least eighteen (18) years of ageMust have a High School diploma or GEDMust be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status now or in the futureMust have at least two (2) years of administrative, operations, customer service, project coordination, or office support experienceMust have strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesMust have proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPointMust have strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate recordsMust have the ability to work independently while collaborating with cross-functional teamsMust have the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive informationPreferred Qualifications:Have an associate's degree or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Interior Design, Communications, Project Management or a relevant fieldHave a valid driver's license and ability to travel occasionally for trade shows, HOA meetings, and customer eventsHave presentation and public speaking skillsHave experience with color selection, color matching, or architectural color programsHave experience creating presentations, binders, marketing materials, or customer-facing documentationHave experience coordinating events, trade shows, or customer engagement activitiesHave experience working with CRM systems, digital archives, or project management softwareAbout UsAt Sherwin-Williams, our purpose is to inspire and improve the world by coloring and protecting what matters.
