Technical Customer Representative Location: Greenville Convention Center Employment Type: Full-Time, Hourly Compensation: Starting at $20.00/hour, based on experience Work Environment: On-site only; this is not a remote or hybrid position Travel: May be required on occasion Smart City Networks is seeking a full-time Technical Customer Representative to join our team at the Greenville Convention Center. This is a hands-on role for one individual who will take on a wide range of responsibilities, supporting both customer service and technical operations. Position Summary This hybrid role combines customer service and technical responsibilities. We're looking for someone who is passionate about technology and enjoys helping people. You'll work directly with event clients to set up, troubleshoot, and maintain network connections on-site, while also supporting service desk operations and inventory management.
