Job Overview Shift Manager responsible for leading daily operations, ensuring fast, accurate, friendly service, and maintaining quality, service, cleanliness, safety, and profitability. Responsibilities Lead weekly shifts, providing direction to crew and other managers. Plan shifts, monitor performance, enforce McDonald’s standards. Monitor safety, security, and profitability during each shift. Communicate with the next Shift Manager to help prepare for a successful shift. Assist assigned departments in meeting their targets and goals. Qualifications Must be 18 years or older. Previous leadership experience, ideally within a restaurant, retail, or hospitality environment. Positive team player with a flexible schedule. Capable of standing on feet for at least 5 hours and lifting up to 50 lbs. Benefits and Compensation Hourly wage up to $19.00.
