Job Title: General Laborer (Manufacturing)
Location: Columbia, MO
Pay: $18/hour
Job Type: Contract
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

 

Job Overview:
Kelly Services is hiring General Laborers for a manufacturing facility in Columbia, MO. This is a hands-on role working with materials and machinery in a production environment. If you’re dependable, comfortable with physical work, and have general labor experience, this could be a great fit.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate milling machinery to process various materials
• Break down raw materials (using tools such as a hammer) before milling
• Transfer processed material into containers for storage or shipment
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Assist with general production and labor tasks as needed

 

Qualifications:

• Previous general labor or manufacturing experience preferred
• Ability to lift, stand, and perform physical work throughout the shift
• Comfortable working with tools and machinery
• Strong attention to detail and safety
• Reliable and able to work a consistent schedule
