Physician – Family Medicine

Job Details:

• Full-time position ranging from 0.6 to 1.0 FTE with 32-36 patient contact hours per week
• See an average of 16-20 patients per day in a primary care setting
• Serve as the leader of a collaborative Care Team including MDs, NPs, PAs, RNs, LPNs, and ancillary staff
• Provide acute, chronic, and preventive healthcare to the community utilizing established care processes
• Focus on patient and family centered care to improve overall patient health outcomes
• Access to numerous medical and surgical specialties locally within the health network
• Join an established patient base with opportunity for continued growth
• Work within a supportive team environment with strong mentors
• Utilize EPIC electronic health records system
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine required
