YOUR NEW ROLE This position is full-time, with a schedule that varies depending on the restaurant's needs. Your role involves overseeing the entire operation during scheduled shifts, making daily decisions, supporting staff, and ensuring positive guest interactions. Upholding standards, maintaining product quality, and ensuring cleanliness are paramount. You will provide employees with feedback to support their development and ensure adherence to uniform standards. Performing line checks to verify weights, temperatures, and cleanliness is essential. You will be responsible for staffing, including interviewing, hiring, training, and conducting orientations for new employees. You will prepare shift reports such as Daily Sales, Cash Interims, and Labor controls to manage company assets. Additionally, you will handle food production checklists, ensure proper implementation of recipes, and order supplies. Identifying operational opportunities and implementing improvement plans is crucial. You will also approve discounts and prioritize safety for employees and guests.
