What You’ll Do: Oversee and perform aircraft, engine, and avionics maintenance to ensure top-tier safety and reliability. Supervise and mentor maintenance personnel, providing training and guidance to support their growth. Develop and enforce maintenance policies, safety rules, and operational procedures. Maintain FAA-compliant records and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements. Manage spare parts inventory and ground support equipment. Work closely with flight operations to coordinate maintenance activities efficiently. Ensure compliance with Minimum Equipment List (MEL) procedures and all aviation safety standards. Maintain aviation hangar and office facilities to ensure a clean and efficient workspace. What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of experience as an aircraft mechanic. FAA Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Certification with Inspection Authorization (IA) (Required). Strong knowledge of FAA regulations, technical data, and maintenance requirements. Experience maintaining a wide range of aircraft categories and classes. Bachelor’s degree in aviation (preferred). Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
