Description

American Traveler is hiring a travel X-Ray Technologist for a Main Radiology department role requiring 2+ years of experience and active ARRT certification with BLS (AHA).

Details

• Work in a 450-bed acute care hospital supporting Main Radiology, the ED, and Orthopedic Clinics
• Procedures include x-ray, fluoroscopy, portable radiography, orthopedic exams, and emergency exams in the ED
• EMR: Epic
• Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM (5x8 days)
• No weekend or on-call requirements
• 13-week contract

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of recent Rad Tech experience
• Active ARRT certification required
• BLS certification required (AHA only); no certifications expiring within the first 30 days of the assignment
• VA state license required if applicable
• No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months
• US SSN required
• Candidates must reside more than 65 miles from the facility to be eligible

Additional Information

• Perform x-ray, fluoroscopy, portable radiography, orthopedic exams, and emergency imaging across Main Radiology, the ED, and Orthopedic Clinics
• Required scrub color: Caribbean Blue, per Valley Health dress code policy
