Job Title Technician at Sir Grout Miami About Sir Grout Sir Grout is a leading provider of tile and grout restoration services, committed to revitalizing surfaces and transforming spaces. We are expanding across the United States and looking for a skilled Tile and Grout Restoration Technician to join our team. Key Responsibilities Interact with clients professionally and courteously, addressing any questions or concerns and ensuring satisfaction with the restoration process. Utilize specialized cleaning equipment and solutions to clean and restore tile and grout surfaces. Conduct minor repairs to cracked or damaged tiles and grout, restoring surfaces to their original condition. Apply color sealing to grout lines to achieve a fresh and uniform appearance, while also protecting against stains. Perform secondary services such as residential stone countertop sealing and applying coatings to all floors and surfaces. Assess the condition of tiled surfaces and provide recommendations for restoration or maintenance. Safely operate the service vehicle, use chemicals, and maintain equipment while following all safety regulations, including PPE standards. Maintain and care for cleaning equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety. Maintain and report an accurate inventory of chemical products, PPE, etc. Report all safety concerns or injuries immediately. Requirements Proven experience in tile and grout cleaning, sealing, and repair techniques. A keen eye for detail and precision to deliver impeccable results. Customer‑centric approach with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify and address challenges in the restoration process. Nice to Have Bilingual communication skills are a plus.
