Parts Counterperson
McGraw Ford is growing, and we're looking for an energetic, customer-focused Parts Counterperson to join one of the fastest-growing Ford dealerships on the Texas Gulf Coast.
Whether you're helping our technicians keep repair orders moving or assisting retail and wholesale customers, you'll play a critical role in delivering the world-class service experience we're known for.
If you're organized, motivated, and enjoy solving problems, we want to meet you.
What You'll Do
- Assist retail, wholesale, and internal service customers
- Accurately identify and source Ford OEM parts
- Maintain strong communication with technicians and service advisors
- Process orders, invoices, returns, and warranties
- Receive and stock incoming inventory
- Help maintain an organized, clean, and efficient parts department
- Participate in cycle counts and inventory accuracy
- Deliver exceptional customer service every day
What We're Looking For
- Automotive parts experience preferred (Ford experience is a major plus)
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Strong computer and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude with a team-first mindset
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
