Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Telecom Project Manager to oversee and coordinate telecommunications projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in telecom infrastructure, small cells, excellent leadership skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, execute, and finalize telecom projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
Develop detailed project plans, monitor progress, and adjust as needed.
Manage project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business objectives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
Prepare and present project reports and documentation.

Requirements

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry .
Proven experience in project management, preferably in telecom infrastructure or network deployment.
Strong understanding of telecom systems, fiber optics, wireless technologies, and related equipment.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, or similar).
PMP or equivalent certification is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred.
