Looking for a job where you stay busy, learn fast, and get hours? Anova Furnishings is hiring a Flexible Manufacturing Associate to jump in where needed and keep production moving.

What You'll Do:

• Move between departments (assembly, welding, fabrication and coating.)
• Step in where the team needs you most-every day is different
• Help keep production running at full speed
• Build and handle high-quality commercial furniture
• Keep your area clean, safe, and efficient

What We're Looking For:

• Someone who shows up on time, every time
• Fast learner with a strong work ethic
• Team player who can jump in and help anywhere
• Manufacturing experience is a plus-but we'll train the right person
• Able to lift, move, and stay active throughout your shift
