Central Vermont Home Health & Hospice (CVHHH) is a full service, not-for-profit Visiting Nurse Association committed to providing high quality, medically necessary home health and hospice care to all central Vermonters, regardless of a person's ability to pay. In addition, we promote the general welfare of all central Vermonters with health promotion, long term care, and maternal-and-child health services. The Role
The Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) is a member of the senior leadership team responsible for leading the organization's human resources functions. The CHRO oversees the HR team to foster a culture of inclusivity that supports and optimizes employee capacity, professional growth, and well-being. The CHRO is a visionary and a strategist who directly engages - and is a direct contact and resource for - all employees' human resources needs. This person plays a pivotal role in developing policies to meet organizational and employee needs and to position CVHHH as an employer of choice. This position oversees management of CVHHH Facilities and serves an integral role on the Incident Command team. Who You Are

- Five years human resources management experience. Health care experience a plus. SHRM or SPHR preferred but not required.
