Overview Accenture Flex offers you the flexibility of local fixed-duration project-based work powered by Accenture, a leading global professional services company. Accenture Flex employees are onsite in their local metro area on projects, with reduced or eliminated travel requirements. Key Responsibilities As an Application Support Engineer, act as a software detective by identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems. Be a subject matter expert, collaborate and manage the team to perform effectively, take responsibility for team decisions, engage with multiple teams, and contribute to key decisions. Provide solutions to problems for your immediate team and across multiple teams. Develop deep expertise in troubleshooting complex software issues and delivering timely resolutions. Support and guide colleagues by sharing knowledge and best practices within the team. Contribute to the design and implementation of improvements that enhance system reliability and performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align support activities with business objectives and technical requirements. Analyze recurring problems to identify root causes and propose sustainable solutions. Work Location and Schedule Client requires onsite work 60% (3 days) and remote work 40% (2 days) per week. Time Away: 5 days mandated per calendar quarter. Basic Qualifications Minimum 5 years of work experience. Advanced proficiency in Angular. Advanced proficiency in Spring Boot - Java. Minimum associate degree. Preferred Qualifications Advanced proficiency in Application Remediation, Engineering Support, and Java. Bank experience.
