This role is ideal for a driven professional who thrives in a client-facing environment and has a proven track record of estimating, selling, and successfully managing commercial electrical projects.The ideal candidate has managed commercial electrical projects exceeding $1M and understands how to drive work from bid through closeout.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare accurate and competitive estimates for commercial electrical projectsReview drawings, specifications, and bid documents to determine project scopeDevelop proposals and actively participate in selling and securing projectsManage projects from pre-construction through completionOversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and field teamsBuild and maintain strong client and vendor relationshipsEnsure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standardsQualifications6+ years of experience in commercial electrical constructionDemonstrated experience estimating, selling, and managing projectsExperience handling commercial electrical projects $1M+Strong understanding of commercial electrical systems, codes, and best practicesProven ability to manage budgets and job costsExcellent communication and leadership skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving abilitiesCompensation & BenefitsBase salary: $100,000 – $140,000, depending on experienceStrong, competitive benefits packagePaid time off and holidaysOpportunity for growth within a stable, respected contractorCollaborative and team-oriented work environment
