Creator Marketing Manager

Managing large-scale creator marketing campaigns, the full-time Creator Marketing Manager will work remotely to engage youth content creators and inspire climate action through advocacy and educational frameworks. Key Responsibilities Manage creators through all phases of content production, utilizing creator aggregator tools for scalability Build and maintain relationships with high-reach creators and agencies to establish GoodPower as a long-term partner Analyze creator performance data and provide actionable insights to inform marketing strategies Required Qualifications 2-3 years of experience managing creators or influencers from brief writing to performance reporting Hands-on experience with at least one creator aggregator or influencer management platform Ability to analyze campaign performance data and translate findings into recommendations Experience coordinating with paid media teams to boost and repurpose creator content Familiarity with FTC disclosure requirements and platform-specific guidelines for sponsored content
